About Us

Arbitration & Business Cases is a blog created by Igor Ellyn and Robin Dodokin in September 2021, which publishes summaries of about six new cases monthly.  Kathryn Manning joined our blog team in October 2022.

Our intention is to provide timely, concise summaries and commentary about Ontario and Canadian case law on arbitration and business matters. We hope our case summaries will be useful to our readers.

We also invite readers to visit the other pages of this website to learn more about us and to review the arbitration and mediation services we provide.

He is at ease with technology and has mediated and arbitrated at many virtual hearings as arbitrator, mediator and counsel.
